April 15- 49: The body of a young male was discovered on the sidewalk of Corin street. Hair of victim was wet suggesting drowning prior to being crushed. Victim was seen earlier that day arguing with a group of young males on 7th street. Victim's mother claims her son did not have a history of gang activity. Investigation pending.
